The rooms with a KING size bed and a pillow jiji, for example. Favourable location close to the downtown with views of the Franklin mountains in El Paso. Based really close to consulate, the american embassy and the clinic and shopping centers.

Staff were extremely friendly and best!

Originally booked a double room and ended up with a single room.... asked the front desk clerk why and her respond was they were out of double rooms.... REALLY! so what is the purpose of selecting a room if they are going to give you what is available.

The level of security for guests, the location and the tv and the food at the restaurant, also the prices were fair

I did't like the fact that there wasn't any kits for personnal higynne or a way to buy some at the hotel, the hot water didn't work when I was going to take a shower and I had to take a cold shower in a very cold day which wasn't any fun and the pillows where flat and uncomfortable

The staff was very polite. Helped with computeraccess , snacks for my child and buffett was very well worth the price.. I even miss the food..

The hotel is really close too everything with immigration purpose of the clinic and fingerprints and the consulado. Everything waking distance. :)

Affordable hotel, convenient location, with a short walking distance to the US consulate and medical clinics, making it easy to manage your appointments while enjoying amenities like free parking and a 24-hour reception.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The only thing I like about this hotel was The location, it is reallly close to the consulate but I definitely didn't like the staff,really small rooms, we didn't have water for a day, then at their web page says they have balconies but they don't,elevators really slow, food really expencive I don't recomend it at all!!!

The Ibis hotel provided excellent access to the nearby consulate, medical clinics, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when I needed to print documents. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of options, including fresh pastries and juices. The 24-hour reception made check-ins and other inquiries convenient.

The Wi-Fi was occasionally slow.

The location was convenient for exploration, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The nearby La Rodadora was a hit with the kids.

My children wished the rooms had a little more space for us to relax comfortably together, especially with our furry friends. A pet-friendly lounging area would be great.

It was just a great match for a brief sojourn in Ciudad Juarez, great for the money. The room was small but clean, and the staff were really nice when we needed to extend our stay.

I enjoyed a pleasant 7-night stay, highlighted by the attentive staff. I loved the cozy double room and the prompt room service. The location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions.
